 Phil Morgan 33 years old mastermind and owner of Phil Mor Fit reigning from New Jersey. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Sport Science from Delaware State University (2009). He attained hisMasters  Degree in Sport Rehabilitation, Exercise Science, and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania (2013). Phil is finishing up his dissertation to become a Doctor in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of the Rockies.  Phil possesses 13 years of experience in the health and wellness field. While matriculating at Delaware State University, In addition to education, Phil gained a wealth of experience through training athletes and other individuals who were  interested in a healthier lifestyle on beginner intermediate or advanced fitness level. Phil uses special techniques such as visualization, self-talk, mental rehearsals, cognitive reconstruction, and relaxation techniques to enhance  performance. From a psychological perspective, Phil is trained to provide coping skills, motivational interviewing, recovery, and, team building.
